  1. Shrimp, mini quiche, cheese and crackers, tuna on skewers, squid/calamari, salmon pate or spread. Most fish or chicken appetizers

  2. Pinot Grigio tastes yummy with light crisp foods - something like shrimp scampi, oysters or bacon wrapped scallops would be amazing with Pinot Grigio - as for the Pinot Noir - that type of wine can handle bold flavors esp meat/cheese - pair that wine with a meat quiche, crackers & cheese or steak bites...YUM

  3. w/ Pinot Grigio, have mozzarella sticks. (j/k.) Do barbeque-skewers of chicken, pineapple and red onion.

w/ Pinot Noir, have spinach-mushroom puffs. Or, my favorite, slice hot dogs and cook em inside crescent rolls! Yum! But I pair that w/ beer myself.

  4. Blocks of cream cheese with Raspberry Chipolte Sauce poured over them, surround with various crackers. Hummus with pita chips.

  5. -Grilled Roma tomatoes halved brushed lightly with evoo, then topped with Feta cheese and garnished with fresh finely chopped Basil.

-Grilled Garlic Shrimp wrapped with lightly peppered Turkey Bacon.

    -Broiled Cod Duglere'

-You might be able to get away with Crab Cakes

  6. Many of good pairings mentioned already, so I'll just give you my favorites.

Pinot Grigio: I'll have broiled scallops or steamed clams

Pinot Noir: Mussels marinara or chicken fingers.

  7. Pinot grigio pairing would be crab cakes or shrimp skewers with a little spice.

Pinot Noir pairings would be home made spicy meat balls or lobster ravioli with a strong and spicy marinara
