i want to make the design myself.

where can i buy those bling glue and kit or what ever they are??do you think they sell them in like micheals craft store and stuff??

Michaels does sell rhinestones and the glue with which to attach them to a phone.  You can use a marker to make dots (pretend they're rhinestones) on a paper to see what designs you like and can make easily enough to do well.  Once you've got a good idea of what you'd like to do on your phone, arrange the rhinestones and glue them to your phone.  I'd recommend tracing around the phone on your page, so you know how much space you're really working with.  Trace it several times, so you can play around with design ideas.  I'd try things like a wave, a scroll, a flower, a balloon, or anything simple you like.
