What are good booster packs to buy for YUGIOH?

I'm just getting back into yugioh and was wondering what booster packs should i buy to build (A) Fairy Deck (B) Spellcasters deck

i know for the spellcaster i should buy spellcaster judgement...but i need to get booster packs if i want to add my own twist. any suggestions

I would say that Phantom of Darkness is the best choise to build a good competitive Spellcasters deck, because there are a lot of support cards for Dark Monsters and as you know most of the good spellcasters are Dark.

For a Fairy deck, thats harder because I think there is no booster that has many support cards (good cards are in diff. boosters).

So my advice is, go with the spellcasters.

IOC AND LON = SPELLCASTER

Magicians force would prob be your best bet for spellcasters, but its not going to be easy to find the actual packs.

For fairys ancient sanctuary and strike of neo's is what you would want.  Along with a few from Light of Destruction.

I've actually personally fount buying yugioh singles is much better than buying packs. I've spent countless dollars on buying packs with little to show for it in what i'm actually looking for.  I've spent well over 4 thousand and i've only pulled 3 secret rares (thousand dragon way back when, injection fairy lily, and magic cylinder) I havn't bought booster boxes though so its my louzy picking on that part...

I've recently started playing again after  a 3 year break after my tourny shut down, and its hard catching back up....I've actually pretty much gave up on buying packs and just buy singles on yugiohmint.com I don't spend to much so secret rares are out of the question, I just hold out till they come out promo form (i still have the old secret rares, all of them LOB-MFC, traded my dark magician girl for a giant stack of games...And I could never grab chaos emperor drag...)

hmm try and get the magicians force pack i think that has some good spellcasters....also invasion of chaos and gladiators assault...those are some packs you should try
