Heres a few:  autotrader.com, cars.com, craigslist.com, carsoup.com, ebay.com/motors, and autoextra.com.  Go to MSN Autos and edmunds.com for research. Hope this helps.

Personally, I like eBay Motors because they not only have a good selection but have a number of protection features that helps prevent being scammed and cheated. There are obvious risks to buying cars online if you can't see the car, drive it, or check it out.
