There are, literally, hundreds of them. Possibly thousands. You find artists somewhere in pretty much every industry out there. Also, artistry and creativity will help you in almost any job.

You will need to be a bit more specific about what it is you are interested in. "Artistic and creative" is too broad. Do you want to be an artist, or just want a career in which you can be creative? If you are an artist, what do you like to draw? People? Animals? Objects? Comic strips? Patterns or abstract designs? Do you most like draw in a specific style, such as very realistic, cartoony, or anime? What interests do you have besides art? You may be able to combine them.
