  1. I found some cover girl brushes at the grocery store (HEB, but they're only in Texas) that were decent, I got an angled brush and a regular rounded eyeshadow brush. I would see if you could find some name brand brushes at the store, the generic cheap ones don't work well.

  2. Funny, I just bought a 2 sided smokey eye brush from Walgreens yesterday! It was 4.99 and it was mixed in with the nail care stuff. I threw the package away, but it was pretty easy to find.

  3. Target has a brand called Sonia Kushuk that has great brushes.  They aren't super cheap ($5-$13) but they are a great deal for the quality.  They don't "shed" hair and they last forever.

  4. go to ulta

  5. AVON..http://shop.avon.com/shop/product.asp?sr...

  6. theres a brand of makeup utensils at target called "Sonia Kasuk"

and theres some good brushes there.

  7. I know it's crazy but I just use my finger. It makes them perfectly smude-gy and smokey. To make the lines perfect you can use a Q-tip.

    You asked for cheap! <3

  8. craft store brushes. yes paint brushes. they work the same.

  9. Sure, get some sponge tip applicators , q-tips & cotton balls for blending.

  10. Q-tip works well. Practice.

  11. well i think ulta is realy good and cheap and sahpora but at target these look good to me.

  12. Blending brush is a big must for smokey eyes.

A Target, they have a line by Sonia Kashuk. They have a six peice brush set for $9.99 for the eyes. Check the source list for more details.

  13. go to eyeslipsface.com good brushes only a dollar each
