What are good cheerleading stretches?

What are good stretches to become flexible. I know any stretch does, but i need specific ones for heel stretches, scorpions, scales, and splits. help please help.

  1. Here is my daily routine:

    Stand up and touch your touch for 5 second

    touch your other toe for 5 seconds

    Do a straddle and touch your right toe for 5 seconds

    touch your left go for 5 seconds

    Butterfly

    right legs splits

    left leg spilts

    bridge

    then that rock like a baby thing

    middle spilts
