  1. AMT Coffee (they are more in stands rather than actual stores)...

I lived in Oxford last summer and I was there as part of a summer abroad program at Oxford University; all of my fellow students in the program got addicted to AMT lol...we'd all get our coffee before class and now we miss it :S

    I loved their hot chocolate...

I also tried some of the other coffee shops but I think the worst one was from Costa.

    Eugh.

  2. Starbucks of course! :) but costas is a decent, less expensive alternative. you can also find good coffee in cafes, restaurants, etc.

Try traditional english tea while you're there too! i know many people say they dont like hot tea, but its really quite good.

  3. There are lots of trademark coffee shops in London.

    Costas, starbucks, neros etc.

That said there is a lot of good coffee served in other cafes and restaurants.  (there is a great place upstairs above a snow and surf shop near covent garden).
