What are good colleges for journalism?

Question

i am going to be a freshman in highschool and i would love to pursue a career in broadcast journalism. interviewing celebrities, reporting the news and stuff like that. i would like to know what colleges are excellent for broadcast journalism. i would also like to know what classes i need to take to get accepted and what extra curricular/volunteer things i should do.

I'm the same way! although im a junior in high school, but if you have the money, NYU has a GREAT writing program. Its $50,000 a year plus food and books, but if you're serious enough about wanting to have a great future, i would look more into that. Also, apply yourself to edsoup.com. i did this when i was a freshmen, and they help you find colleges that fit your wants and needs. its great. best of luck!
