  1. These are incredibly good (and easy) bars:

    HELLO DOLLY

    1/2 c. butter

    1-1/2 c. graham crackers

    1 can sweetened, condensed milk

    1 6-oz. pkg chocolate chips

    1/2 c. flaked coconut

    1 c. nuts, chopped

          Melt butter in 9x13" pan.  Remove from heat; sprinkle crumbs evenly over the bottom.  Spread milk evenly over crumbs.  Sprinkle chips, coconut & nuts on top; press gently down.  Bake at 350 for 25 min, or until golden brown.  Cool & cut into bars....

    Or, this wonderful, EASY pie:

    LEMONADE PIE

    1 large container Cool Whip

    1 6-oz. can frozen lemonade or limeade, thawed

    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened, condensed milk

    1 9" graham cracker crust

           Mix all ingredients together and put into the graham cracker crust.  Chill at least 4hrs......

    large can of crushed pineapple

    and a large container of cottage cheese

    drain the pineapple and mix all ingredients together, refrigerate about an hour... it will become fluffy. delicious and not a lot of calories

    1 cup hazelnut spread

    8 slices, white bread, cut 1/2-inch thick

    2 bananas, sliced lengthwise

    16 marshmallows, cut in halves

    Butter, softened

    Powdered sugar, for dusting

    Preheat the grill to medium-low.

    Heat hazelnut spread, so that it lightly coats the back of a spoon. Spread all slices of bread with a thin layer of hazelnut spread. Apply banana slices to 4 pieces of bread and marshmallows to the remaining 4 pieces. Take 1 slice of bread with banana, and 1 with marshmallows and press them together, making a sandwich. Repeat. Apply a light layer of butter to each side of the sandwiches.

    Place each sandwich on the pre-heated grill for 2 minutes per side. Once cooked, cut each sandwich in half on the diagonal. Put sandwiches on a platter and dust with powdered sugar.

  6. I suggest a good dessert idea would be fondue, preferably strawberyys dipped in chocolate or ice cream.

  7. Everybody loves icecream. Get some different types of fine italian serberts. Bring out alot of variety: from vanilla to lemon and rasberry cheescake wallnut flavoured serbert. Serve with environmentally friendly cups and spoons and add a funky decoration on that suits the serbert . (For strawberry serbert add half a strawberry on top)
