  1. The higher tier D1 schools will require very good times.  If you're looking at a track powerhouse like FSU, LSU, Baylor, USC ect, these are probably what you're looking at:

    100 meters: 10.5 to 10.7

    200 meters: 20.9 to 21.8 ish

400 meters: mid 47s, maybe lower depending on the school

    LJ: 23' to 24'

    HJ: 6-8 and up

    TJ: 47'high and up

There are lower tier D1 schools that still require good times, but are pretty much equal to good division 2 programs.  Those schools are around:

    100m:  10.9 to 11.3

    200m: 22.0 to 23.5

    400m 49.0 to 51.0

    LJ: 21'high and up

    HJ: 6'4 and up

    TJ: 42'-45'

I go to one of these schools and run extremely competitively, and i'm going into sophomore year, so don't get down on yourself  if you can't run at a top tier track school.  It's not the team, for the most part, it's how hard you train.
