  1. what i do to help me get better at setting is i have my little brother (you can use like a family member or anybody that is willing to help you) and i had him bump it to where i can set it.. it took me a little while to show him how to bump. but he's pretty good for only 7.. but you can have somebody throw it up where you need it, and just set it..

if you don't have anybody to help you. all you have to do is take the ball, and throw it up the set it. then step back and bump it when it comes down then set it. and so on! i really hope that this helps. and if you aren't good at hitting it just straight in the air (like me!) i use a wall, any kind of wall I can find close by. and you can do the same drill like the one i said w/ steppin back.. all you've got to do tho is bump it against the wall, it comes back, you get under it and set it. then when it comes down bump it against the wall.. and so on..

the most easiest one, is just keep setting the ball up in the air. that's easy! all the ones i told you about should help you improve! i hope so! good luck and i sure do hope that these helped! GOOD LUCK!! --me!

  2. Getting a friend or family member, volleyball and maybe a net. Then you just set it over the net for a few minutes then see how you do. You could also just set to yourself too.

  3. use a basketball yea i know its kind of crazy but it helps soo much my coach does it all the time with us just remember one thing you you drop the ball remember to move out of the way yea personal experience
