glitter or sequence in his air conditioning inside the car. he turns it on and blows glitter all over him. but be SURE to turn it on so the air starts up when he turns on the car, we wouldnt want your uncle to turn it on while driving and wreck

This isn't really a prank, but it really pisses some people off: hide every tv remote in the house

A personal favorite is taking plastic wrap (saran wrap) and putting it on a toilet seat and then using a blow dryer to melt it on to the seat. When he does to take a p**s, he won't notice until it gets all over him.

Get his keys and move his car a few blocks away... he'll think its stolen and will freak out.
