Question:

What are good excercises I can do in order to have a stronger punch?

Also, if you can tell me good excercises to have stronger kicks as well it would help out.

  1. It is well-known that your hips will generate a percentage for power for your punch.  But, a lot of people are unaware that a lot of your (muscular) punch power is generated through your back muscles.  

    Obviously, you want to work your upper body in total, but do place emphasis on your core (abs and lower back) and your back and rear delts.

Punches get stronger when you use your hips and legs to execute the punch, exercises are good to develop focus and timing: another attribute of a powerful  punch, for this  have your partner hold a focus mitt and punch away. As far as kicks are concerned, you most stretch daily and kick at a kicking shield for accurately and timing. Good luck and have fun.

  4. Bench press, overhead press and push ups are great for gaining strength for punching.  You also want to work your thighs and core.

  5. keep practicing. practice uppercuts. they build the arm muscles up. make sure you have good torque and have a good pivot. use your whole body to punch. put all your weight behind it. that will make you have a stronger punch. for your legs work on having full range of motion. if you have full range of motion it will use all your potential energy. and not stop all of the muscles. just keep practicing.

  6. for just the punch you will want to work upper body. they have the "perfect pushup" witch works the exact muscles needed to throw a punch. also do pull ups. but dont do too much in one day or you will end up damaging the muscle more then helping.
