  1. do reps with the bands they are giant rubber band you stretch in and out with your arms stretch out and then in do like 10 counts and 6 reps per day


  2. push ups and sit ups

    do as many as you can a day

  3. For strong upper body in chest area, do the incline barbell/dumbbell press with smith machine, following with incline dumbbell flies. Do the 4 sets with 10-12 repetitions for each variation. These will make your chest getting stronger and perkier.

  4. well for your chest bench press

    and a strong upper body i believe pull ups and chins up

    and by adding weight on your back and doing push ups are Great for your upper body if u want to try different exercises
