What are good eyeliner brands??

They best ones I have found is Benefit Cosmetics liners.  They are dark, last long and go on really easy.  It is a pencil but it's soft and works really well.

definitely REVLON COLORSTAY EYELINER

it doesn't smudge or smear and it won't wear off until you wash it.... trust me on this... i've had my day of smudgy eyeliner and that sucks.... revlon really rocks my socks....!!! if you're looking for the one that isn't dry, this is a perfect choice... lots of makeup artists recommend and fave this product too....... i'm using black because i have dark hair and such.... but charcoal is also great

or if you're using contacts, ALMAY AUTOMATIC EYELINER (retractable pencil one) really works too..... it's hypoallergenic... this comes in black and brown... so black is the best i guess... brown if you want less dramatic look..

Well first off my eyes are incredibly watery so I have had A LOT of exspieriance with different eyeliners trying to always find one that will stay on and won't smudge. I've actually found all of these to be fantastic! hope this helps :)

MAC has great eye makeup too.

I have never truly ever found a drugstore eyeliner that I have been really satisfied with but if you want a drugstore one that will stay on I recommend something my mark cosmetics or liquid liner.

but the nordstrom, macys and sephora brands are higher quality and well worth it and they last longer so you don't have to constantly re buy to eyeliner

I've been using this eyeliner called Too Faced Black Beauty for about 3 months now & it works really good. It lasts for the entire day & doesn't smudge. You can get it from Sephora. But I must warn you, its kinda pricey.
