  1. Food doesn't help.


  2. No food will help your sight, not even carrots or  melons. It is only up to your eyes for what changes happen in your eyes.

  3. You can't believe evrything you read from whoever that Dr. is supposed to be.

    Many of his claims there can be disproven on a thousand other sites.

  4. carrots are full of vitamin A and sweet potatoes and yams. any veggie that is orange.

  5. I've always heard Carrots because of the beta carotene also apricots have beta carotene. But check out the website below...it has LOTS more.

  6. Carrots are gud for eyes. Carrot juice more preferable. Papayas are even suggested for good vision. Oranges even help. Try mostly wash ur eyes wid cold water. It also helps.

  7. vitamin A helps you see better. Well, it strengthens your eyes, anyway. Or so I've heard. Carrots have LOTS of vitamin A. That's all I can think of. But I'm sure most fruits and veggies have vitamin A.
