What are good ideas for a Birthday party for a little girl who broke her arm??

My Friend's Daughter broke her arm & her Bday Party is next week, what are some good party ideas??

When my daughter was about 7 we had a Princess Party. I made a rainbow cake and went to the crafts store.I purchased wire with stars on it (I think it was a garland) yards of it. Cut into crown sized pieces. The girls decorated it with ribbons in al colors. I let them use tacky glue to put cute stuff on the ribbons (rosettes and little applique things). I also bought some beading materials and they made necklaces. They had a ball.

This one need to be a little special and encouraging. Be happy but not too crazy since the girl may not be totally recovering from the pain.
