What are good ideas for a Gossip Guy / Gossip Girl themed 14th Birthday Brunch?

My friends are used to high-profile parties with celebrities as am I however I am a guy who watches gossip girl as do my friends! I am not inviting celebrities like the rest of my social circle! However I am having a brunch very similar to the one in Episode 2 of Gossip Girl! My friends parents are very high-profiled so I wanted to have a party that my friends wouldnt stop talking about to their parents.

I need ideas for stuff to do while we're at the hotel having brunch? Is it too much to ask the hotel to make mocktails for us being that we're under the legal drinking age?
