What are good locations is Toronto, Ontario to hold an 18th Birthday Party?

I have been looking for about a month now and still have little luck with finding a place. Many places have age restrictions and if they don't they seem to be very expensive. I am looking for a room to hold around 150-200 with a dance floor mainly. Does anyone have any suggestions?
