I want to study in arts, not sure if i should go major in it (since my parents....>_<) i'd like to pick something else that could compliment my art major and be my minor. OR maybe i can flop it the other way around and have art as my minor, either way...i don't know!!!

  1. depends on what you want to do in the art field-

if you're in graphic or studio arts, a good minor is business.

if you're planning to do art education like me, get a minor in something you're good at such as math, history, or a foreign language. (something you would also love teaching if you needed a job and couldn't find any art teacher openings)

  2. since you like art, are you insterested in other cultures...how about international relations or a language (like Spanish, Italian of French)?

  3. Nursing

  4. Marketing and advertising would be a great ones...that is what I took to accomany my arts degree. It only makes sense to know how to market yourself!! After all...artists need to give 200 % just to get 50 % back...trust me...

  5. I too am an art major. Graphic Design major and I have a marketing minor.

  6. Communications
