What are good places to see in Ontario within close distance of Detroit, besides Windsor?

I'm wonder if it's worth making the trip to London, Ontario. I even would go as far as Guelph, but I have only a day and a half. Too bad I can't get as far out as Toronto.

But within a day's drive from Detroit, Michigan, what is a great thing to see in Ontario?

I live in Southern Ontario and have visitors staying with me from the US and Europe so I can tell you some interesting places to visit.
