What are good places to work when you're 14?

I live in Ontario, Canada. Looking to start work in the fall.

If you mean after school, how about a full service gas station? That's where I worked at that age and it was a good experience for me.

Generally, the legal age to work is 15 years old but some places will make exceptions if you are about to turn 15 or if you are mature for your age. You could try fast food joints or grocery stores (stocking shelves). You could also look into a paper route, mowing lawns/yard work, dog walking, or babysitting. These ideas would be a good start and are good to have as references in the future.
