Don t you think Niagra Falls should be over hauled n put triple dynamos in in place of single rotor dynamos,cause thats what is being mfg in NC,triple generators for waterfalls instead of singles,source ,encara encyclopedia.Also,don t ya think they also should double to triple the amount in that area?Put new ones throughout any likely mountainous areas?How bout we launch massive bond sales ,to make our country energy efficient,like alcohol is put into production from seed money from said bonds,then coal is crushed to dust n boiled in alcohol to make hybrid fuel?The plains States say they could generate a Quarter of the nations electricity with wind turbines,don t ya think we need  Govtbonds @6% interest  for turbine plants?Scientists are saying we ll be lacking 50% of the fresh water we need in the next 15 yrs,don t ya think we need Gov t bonds for desalinization plants n pipelines for same,we could use them in the meantime for irrigating fields to grow alcohol fuel vegetation to pay for themselves;and don t you think they needto do all this world wide?

At what point will we introduce rationing of food?  (large scale crop failures will cause famine - this is more relevant in some countries than others - this problem will get worse - this is a global problem)

Is Darfur the first global warming war over resources?

When will we build pipelines for fresh water (we do the same for oil)?

Why don't we bulid more water desalination plants?

Why don't we build more geothermal plants?

What will happen when Las Vegas dries up?!

Since, it is happening, why don't we prepare for the consequencies, instead of only trying to prevent it?

Will we allow the mass migration of populations during this transformative time?

Why don't we place residential, work place, shopping and leisure buildings closer together; so that we don't spend so much time and fuel travelling between them?

"What causes global warming?" - is not as important as "how do we survive it?".  I don't care if its man-made or caused by sunspots - it would still be a good idea to avoid 3rd world war, starvation etc.

China is not necessarily the worst country for global warming/polution.  China is the only country that ahd the b@lls to limit families to only 1 child.  I can think of other countries that have a worse record on polution per head of population!
