What are good runningback skills?

Can anyone give me Runningback Tips or skills?

Durability--the ability to take a l*****g and keep on ticking.  People don't realize it when they're watching on TV, but a running back who gets 30 carries in a game is getting hit 30 times, too.  It's definitely something you should keep in mind if you intend on playing the position.
