What are good seasonings for spinach & ricotta tortellini?

I started making tortellini before I realized I don't have any sauce, and then I realized I don't have any parmesan cheese to put on it either!

What spices can I add to it that will make it taste good?

  1. The only thing I would add is salt and pepper, otherwise it is just fine.
