What are good shoes if you are on your feet alot?

I recently got a job in an Inn where I'm on my feet alot. Normally I wear Earth shoes (with the negative heel) What shoes would you suggest to keep my feet/legs/back feeling good all day?

  2. i have new balance and hey work great for walking across a huge campus 5 times a day

  3. I agree with the others, New balance is best.  Love their sneakers and shoes!
