What are good shore excursions in Ocho rios jamaica and georgetown grand cayman?

we are cruising in february and want to schedule our shore excursions ahead of time.

My husband and I are in our early 40's (God I hate saying that!) and in good shape.

We like beaches and shopping too!

A must do in Ochi is Dunns River Falls, about 3 miles from the pier.  As for Georgetown, visit h**l and the turtle farm.

Go for the Turtle Farm / Botswains Beach tour in Grand Cayman. Across from the George Town port check out Margaritaville & the nearby shops. Hopefully when you come in the weather will be good for the ships to come in to the main George Town docks & not get relegated to the Spotts dock because of inclement weather.

Try the zip line in Jamaica,  it is a total blast.  I would scuba dive in GC.  If you aren't certified, you can take what is called a resort course.
