What are good some stretches you know that can help me do a split?

  1. lay on your back and put your legs into a split in the air ish sorta thing. press them down as far as you can without hurting yourself and hold them down for a little. breathe in, then press down more. do this repeadetly.

    also, lay on your back, and bring one of your legs in to your chest. breathe in, pull closer, repeat. repeat with other leg.

    do your splits everyday, hold them for as long as you can

  2. A good one to help your splits is to find a wall. Lay on the floor with your but against the wall, and your legs going up the wall.

    Then spread your legs into a vee so gravity pulls down on your split.

    All you have to do is just lay there and let gravity do its thing LOL :)

  4. Place one leg back stretched and the other in front in flex, sort of a big Fourth position, and try to open your legs as much as you can, until both reach the floor stretched.
