  1. Omarion- "Touch"

    Missy Elliot- "Pass That Dutch"

    Slick Dogg- "Homeland Anthem"

    Lil Flip- "Game Over"

    Dru Hill- "Real Freak"

  2. i can glide/slide

it was actually the  first real dance move i learned! (now im practicing breakdancing)

I actually didn't listen to songs...

I just watched those tutorial vids on youtube... then made sure i understood the motions.

Then... whenever i was on bare floor and had the time, i would just do it. I guess it was my way of practicing(?)

and in about 1-2 weeks i could do them pretty good. (took me 1-2 weeks cause i didnt practice for hours on end. mayb like 10-20 minutes a day? if that)

So ya... glide/slide doesnt rly require music

BUT if u absolutely need music to get inspired try "Going the Distance" from the movie "Rocky". It's appropriate.

  3. Michael Jackson songs
