What are good strategies for 'shooting the moon' in the card game hearts?

I am a respectable player but always loose to people that can do this well, anyone know any good strategies for doing it?

well, i do advise my one strategy. when a player puts the queen of spades down, put one higher card so that you can take it. then, you try to figure out where all the hearts are placed.wait till a player has no other choice than to put down their heart, and keep playing higher cards than them. so then you have all the hearts and the queen of spades. congragulations, you have just shot the moon!
