what are some good things to eat before, during, and after bike rides and runs? ive been eating oatmeal about 2 hours before, but have no knowledge on what to eat. id like to also get a training schedule down for training for triathlons, but need a schedule for beginners. any suggestions? and how much do i increase my distances by each week? thanks!

  1. eat healthy fruit, healthy snack bars and drink water and re-hydration drinks such as powerade etc.

    To increase your distance that you can ride, ride a little more everyday
