  1. Fabric is your answer.  Not only can you get solid pink, but you can stretch it corner to corner on a wall.  There are solid cotton's that are the right width would be found in the quilting area's of fabric stores.  However, you can use the standard 44" wide cotton's and then use more than one color on one wall.  Then you can get some sparkly organza which is silky, sheer, sometimes sparkly - and oh so wonderful to touch and weave that in a loose manner between your two pinks.  For this project you will need a staple gun which you can get at your local hardware store for about 15.00 plus your fabrics.  Simply Fold and staple to a corner and stretch tight to the next corner.

You may want to do this to one wall.  The wall that you look at the most.  You can also hang pictures or put up a piece of lattice in front of this piece.  Lattice is neat because you can hang your pom poms, hats, scarves and those things which mean a lot to you on it, and they will all become a part of the art of your room without giving that cluttered look.  It is best to get that PVC lattice as it will not tear or pull your items.

So, with any allowance you receive go to your local office supply store and get a package of grid paper.  This is paper that is a lot of squares in it.  This is what the professionals use.  Now, when you get home ask to use a tape measurer.  Measure the length and height of your room.  Every six inches of tape should be one square on the grid paper, so if your room is 60 inches wide you would draw a straight line on the mark of 10 squares.   Do this until you have one wall drawn on your paper.  It may be 20 squares high by 40 squares long, but then you may have a window in the center of it that you will have to put in too.  You would not want to purchase so much fabric that you had that much left over on the windows, besides, you would want a darker color to cover the windows with but a color that compliments your wall coloring.

Once you draw your first one, take a sheet from the back and place it on top.  Now, you can see the lines from the bottom sheet and can begin using your color pens or pencils to draw out and get a better feeling of the colors that you want to see and how it would look.

    Best of luck to you,

  6. Sounds like fun! Well since you can't paint you might think about getting some kind of fabric and covering your walls with it not like wallpaper just like hang it from ceiling to floor so the room has some color maybe only on one wall. Here is a link to some pretty pink bedding...simple but if you add some cool pillows like orange or lime green it would look cute.
