  1. Going for therapy and taking medication has helped me.

Have a daily routine to keep busy.

Keep on trying to fix your life even though it feels awful.

Share your thoughts with people you can trust.

Volunteer some place. The people you volunteer for will appreciate you.

This will help you feel like you have some value.

These are some of the things that have helped me feel better.

  2. Medication.

I too have Major depression issues so i relate.

Try hobbies, I don't know how old you are but I recomend working with horses to everyone. We have a group/program for people with major depression in Louisiana that just works with horses.

They are so calm and gentle but powerful.

Working with an animal like an abused horse makes you feel better about yourself for putting in the effort and diong something good. Once you bond with a horse you really have something to look forward to.

Weather you just go and groom, or ride, or clean stalls or just sit in the field and watch them its very hard not to love it.

It can be exciting or mindnumbing depending on how you want it to go which can be good for you eitherway. sometimes you'll need a distraction or time to think and sometimes you just want to hangout with someone who appriciates everything you do that never judges you life a best friend that could easily break you lol

or art ive even heard someone say yoga before.
