What are good ways to loose wheight im 5'4 and 158 pounds and i want to loose like 20 30 pounds.?

Can you give me good ways to loose wheight im tired of being the fat one so please help me i tried eating less but i just natrally have a big appitite but i cant just eat and eat and never get fat im not that kind of persom. HELP!!!!!!!!!

  1. swim laps around a pool or tread water: olympic pools are best  :)


  2. Drink more water.  Your body will sometimes confuse hunger for thirst.  It's important to exercise as well.  Diet pills for the average person trying to lose weight is really foolish.  Drink water, exercise, and stay away from high sugar and high fatty foods.  

  3. Eat small dinners early and no after dinner snacks.  Will power.
