  1. 1) Dont mix hard alcohol with beer.

    If you want mixed drinks, stick to mixed drinks.

    If you start with beer, stick with beer.

    "Dont mix your liqueor!"

    One or two shots along with your mixed drinks or along with your beer won't hurt but keep it a minimum.

    2) Drink as much water as you possibly can during the day before you start drinking and eat small, sensible meals- 4 or 5 throughout the day.

    3) Once you are tipsy, do this little trick.

    For every half glass of alcohol or half drink, drink one full glass of water. You'll get full quicker and will probably finish drinking a lot quicker as well.. This doesnt mean your fun evening must come to an end it just means that you wont be having to have your stomach pumped later on!

    4) Eat a snack before you head to sleep. I always eat those lil garlic crisps from safeway with hummus dip. or chips and salsa. Not too much, just enough... if you feel you must throw up, and you're okay with doing so, do so=- sometimes your body just needs the alcohol out of your system.

    5) take 2 aleve or advil or tylenol, whichever you use- before you head to bed. Avoid sleeping in late and avoid an overly hot or old room.

  18. This will sound disgusting, but force yourself to throw up. If you throw up the alcohol you won't get a hangover.
