I want to start adding more fiber to my diet. Is there a good website with easy recipes that call for fruits and veges to throw in a blender? (mostly fruits though, because i gotta get everyone to like the taste)
And fruits and veges easily found at any Safeway, QFC, Krogers, etc. For example, bananas, apples, oranges, pineapples, pears, berries, etc.
And if you know of really good recipes, what are they?
