What are good websites to look for employment?

I know craigslist is great, I usually get a response within 2 days. Websites like monster.com, and careerbuilder are too big and you end up competing with so many candidates. The end result is you hardly get a call back.

most good jobs are never on the web. Monster and Career Builder are a scam. Mostly sales jobs no or low salary.
