  1. Penn State Univ, is very well regarded.


  2. There are tons of really amazing musical theatre programs at schools.

    Manhattanville College has a Theatre/Dance program in which you can specialize in musical theatre.  

    Boston Conservatory has a fantastic program as well.

    I've seen a few productions at University of Central Florida and Western CT State University, and they were both fantastic as well.  

    When I wanted to be a musical theatre major NYU was my first choice, but it's very difficult to get into.
