go for college emblem colour dress, or any dress which resembles college and stick up all the photos of friends and memories of college at party vicinity...

Well I am assuming it's just a social farewell, and a smallish group:

How about a "come as you will be in 10 years" - and ask people to be really extreme.

Or "come as the best memory you've had" at school with the group.

If you are old enough, how about hosting a bonfire and burning stuff to let go of the past and move into the future.

These are very open themes and appropriate for farewell.  More ideas on the resource below.
