What are ic's on a big screen tv????

i was told i had to resoder the ic's on the big screen tv, but what are ic's and a pic would be really help full

  1. IC most likely stands for Integrated Circuits. I doubt anyone will send you a pic, probably because you haven't stated a make, model, type of TV. If this is something you need to do to get a TV working, you might be better off getting a new TV, these types of things are only for the experience tech to attempt.


  2. Nobody will deal with individual ICs any more. Support simply replaces a whole PCB board that has the broken IC (or simply does not work).
