What are in all the buildings that surround the traffic circle around the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, France?

Are they residences or offices or what? I was looking inside some from the street and the insides are very ornate and I was just wondering what is in them.

These buildings were originally "hôtels particuliers" - private mansions-, with their gardens in the front, and identical columns. For a long time, they were called Hotêls des Marechaux.

I think that nowadays most of these buildings are offices and only a few remain residences.

It is a mix of commercial and residential buildings.  Apartments, offices, restaurants, retail.
