Coming back from vacation yesterday we noticed a lot of cars with these trailers behind them. They look like the body of an airplane with no wings. We were wondering what is in them. They are approx. 20 ft long, flat on the bottom and have what looks like a tail fin on the back. What are they?

  1. it's an airplane with no wings. Most likely a glider.

  2. Your right.

They are most likely a glider or an ultralight areoplane

They remove the wings from the plane and slide them in the sides, and the fuselage is sat in whole on the trailer, with the tail wing exposed.

Its possible that they could also be a powerboat, but most likely is a glider.
