He was a Senator since Betsy Ross sewed the flag. His political beliefs are whatever wins another election. He is part of the problem Obama talked about when he mentioned the need for change. I guess Obama changed instead.

His beliefs are that of a typical left wing liberal. High taxes and huge spending programs.
