I have championships this morning and i haven't swam too well lately :(I really want to get a good time or a best time (would be great but probably not going to happen)What are some things I can do to go faster?What should I eat, what stretches, etc...It would be great if you could put everything you knew!Thanks!P.S. I am not a really competitive swimmer, I am in a rec league lol.
