  1. well for my grade seven year I didn't try out but I was one of the girls who were pretty good. But my cousin says it's pretty bruital & she had to do suicide lines or also called lines.

  2. i am going to high school this year so i just got through 7th n 8th grade volleyball tryouts. middle school volleyball is not as competitive a high school but that doesn't mean that you should try your hardest. try practicing before you go to try outs or if there is a camp nearby defiantly go n see what ur strengths n weaknesses are n work on them or go to the store n buy a volleyball n bump around in ur backyard n set while ur lying in bed so you can get as much practice that u can.

    hope this helps

  3. Well at my 7th grade volleyball tryouts, everyone just got in lines and the coach watched everyone bump, and set.  Then they had everyone serve,  and then she let everyone spike.  But basically just work on the bumping, setting, and serving.

  4. There is usually two cuts in a volleyball tryout. They will test you on bumping, serving, setting; the basic skills. All you can do is try your best and then hope for the best! I was on the 7th grade team last year and the tryouts are pretty simple. Just show your skills and a great attitude! Good luck!

  5. Hey don't worry it's pretty easy, plus they're not gonna be that hard on you since it's new to you. :-D

  6. well our try out weren't so hard all we really had to do was be able  to serve over hand and to more likly get on the team bump set hit , so its not too hard in 7th grade

  7. um. well it all depends of how competitvie your school is. Just try your hardest and dont give up. Good Luck : D

  8. for your serve just hit as hard as you can!!! the rest is easy!

  9. We ran around the gym like 6 times

    -Streched

    - Bumped with a partner

    -Served 5 times each

-Got tossed 5 balls and had to passed it to a target, they make you run around

    -Do like 2 horses

    -Setted

-Spiked. but not a major part

They mainly look at serving and bumping

stay low and have a controlled bump

call the ball....... ALWAYS, LIKE BEYOND IMPORTANT!

    Luck :)

  10. there kinda hard but alot of fun.....i tried out last year and made the team.......the first day is always the hardest...after tht its rely easy !
