What are most of the people from the Dominican Republic, Hispanic mixed with Black or something else...?

The Dominican people are so beautiful.  Just got back from my trip there, and was told on a tour that the Dominicans are a mix of Tiano Indians (originally from Venezuela), Spanish, and African slaves.  Hope this helps (and I also hope it's accurate).
