What are most policies regarding deadlines if their sitehas a problem?

I wrote an essay for the True Patriot Network and emailed it to them, but I got a return receipt saying that my email was not successful because their inbox is full. What should I do? Will they count it even if I submit it late?

I would pick up the phone if they have a contact number or can you fax it in?  Technically it is their fault as you did send it but I think you will find most places cover themselves against any problems/delays with receiving emails etc.  So long story made short, even though you sent it and it didn't go through because their email box was full you will probably find that if you do not submit by the due date that you are out of luck.
