Assistant manager of what? McDonalds? A bank? NASA? Different jobs will have different questions. If it's retail, they ask what you would do in certain situations like "If you saw someone stealing would you...." and they often ask about the kind of environment you are comfortable working in. Thay like any company offering any percistion will want to know what you can offer there company. origonal and interesting ides are good but outlandish ideas will be your pitfull. you are well advised to look at the company in deapth to see what you can offer them within there peramiter. most of all look at what thay are offering you and be prepared to ask thoughtfull questions that will affect you in there work place. the more interesting you can make the interview "for you and them" the more you will stand out above all outhers.
