What are multipersonal skills?

According to Howard Gardner, multipersonal skills are part of creative intelligence (as opposed to mathematical-linguistic intelligence). Gardner describes this skill as the ability to form tentative authoritative positions on a subject and to modify it to a more definitive position over time based on the input from a variety of multiple personalities (individuals).
